So why putting "/F /AH" to delete a little boot.ini in eve directory ? Is it really a mistake ? You have been boot scrambled !

You would assume that this would hold true, but to install software into the "Program Files" directory you need admin permissions and a process that has this can delete the file with no warnings. You see that was our thinking when it was reported ... "Can't be." Windows does not allow you to delete that file ... but it does. I have administration right on my computer.
